Welcome to my new blog.  I hope to talk about the things that interest me the most and that’s better health.  I’m very concerned about everything we (especially my kids) come into contact with.  I’m particular about the water we drink, the kind of food we eat, etc.  Basically, making all-around better choices and thinking before doing.

I enjoy using a particular product and have been relying on this company for better health products since about 1989.  I am obviously impressed with the integrity of this particular company and thus the reason why I stick with them.
